# My Stream seems frozen in Unreal Engine

Before everything else make sure that the streaming toggle of your phone is at enabled state <img src="/files/s0T5yjR0WA94E111Ilx8" alt="" data-size="line">. If that's the case try to toggle it off and on again.

Possible Solutions:

* If the LiveLInk subjects are not indicated by a green circle while the smartphone streaming is enabled, you can try removing and adding back the CameraTwin LiveLink Source by following our instructions [here](/cameratwin/documentation/unreal-engine-plugin/cameratwin-livelink-setup.md#step-2-create-cameratwin-livelink-source).
* If the LiveLink subjects are indicated by green, but the LiveLink controllers are not responding. Meaning that the Camera Actor is not moving, and/or the composition layer is not receiving the camera feed, and/or the Camera Actor doesn't respond to different camera parameters. Then, you can try setting the right LiveLink subjects to the aforementioned controllers, by following the steps [here](/cameratwin/documentation/unreal-engine-plugin/cameratwin-livelink-setup.md#step-3-setup-livelink-subjects).
* Additionally to the above, if for any reason the stream seems frozen you can try restarting the mobile application.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.realtwin.org/cameratwin/troubleshooting/my-stream-seems-frozen-in-unreal-engine.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
